4-DAY COURSE WITH WORKSHOPS

Cognos 8 Planning – Analyst Model Building is a four-day, instructor-led course that covers how to design and build models, and create flowcharts of models to perform business planning. Attendees will learn the data modeling process and participate in hands-on demos and workshops that illustrate good model design and best practice techniques while learning how to use the product.

INTENDED AUDIENCE PREREQUISITES
This course is recommended for Application Administrators, Model Designers, Data Analysts, and Business Subject Matter Experts.   It is recommended that you have knowledge of:

Cognos Planning 8 - Contributor Application Administration is a three-day, instructor-led course designed for Contributor administrators. It will teach users how to build, deploy, and administer Contributor applications into which potentially thousands of contributors can enter data over the World Wide Web. In particular, the course will cover developing the Contributor application (based on a Cognos Planning - Analyst model), creating the Contributor Web site, managing security, and performing administrative tasks, such as importing data.
